If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Policy

All cheesecakes are made fresh to order and shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week.

We ship nationwide using insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain freshness during transit. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the package—since our cheesecakes are perishable, Made By Yub is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or damage due to extended time in transit.

Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available in Orange County, CA by appointment only. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with pickup details and available time slots.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup, as all cheesecakes are made fresh and require refrigeration. We cannot be responsible for items left unrefrigerated after pickup.
